No reputable outlet has published a net worth estimate for Andy McMillin. The $12.5 million figure that appeared on this page had no source and has been removed. What is well documented is his racing record: five overall SCORE Baja 1000 wins as a driver-owner, three Baja 500 wins, the 2019 SCORE Trophy Truck season title, and a share of the 2023 Baja 1000 win with Bryce Menzies and Tavo Vildosola.
What Is Andy McMillin's Net Worth?
There is no reliable published figure. McMillin ran his own Trophy Truck team for years, which in desert racing usually means the driver-owner pays for trucks, crews and travel while bringing in money from sponsors and occasional prize money. None of those amounts are public.
His known sources of income over his career are:
- Sponsorship. He raced with Red Bull backing from 2018, when he pitched the brand a program built on winning races, RACER reported. Toyo Tires was a sponsor during his 2019 title season, according to Off Road Xtreme.
- Race team assets. After the 2022 season he sold his Trophy Truck to Team Australia's Paul Weel and Toby Price and his team's shop to Polaris Factory Racing, The Checkered Flag reported. Sale prices were not disclosed.
- Business interests. When he stepped back from full-time racing he said he was looking forward to new business ventures, but has not named them publicly in the sources we checked.
He also comes from a well-known San Diego family. His late grandfather, Corky McMillin, is in the Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame, but family wealth is not the same as personal wealth, and no source puts a figure on either.

Andy McMillin Yearly Earnings, Monthly Income, and Salary
The old page listed yearly earnings of about $500,000, or $42,000 a month. These numbers had no source and have been removed. Off-road racing purses are small compared with the cost of running a Trophy Truck program, and sponsor contracts in the sport are private, so no reliable income figure exists.
Professional Life
McMillin is a third-generation desert racer based in San Diego and drives the No. 31 truck, according to his SCORE International profile. His nickname in the sport is "Bebo."
He started racing SCORE events at 16. His first Baja 1000 overall win came in 2006, shortly after moving up from Class 1 to Trophy Truck. At 19 he was the youngest driver to win the race, breaking a record set by his teammate Robby Gordon, The Checkered Flag reported. After that win he became owner-driver of the No. 31 Trophy Truck.

The earlier version of this page said he had four Baja 1000 and five Baja 500 wins. The reporting above shows the reverse is closer: five Baja 1000 wins as a driver-owner and three at the Baja 500.
2019 championship
In 2019 McMillin won the San Felipe 250 and the Baja 500 and finished second at the Baja 400. Even with a 13th place at the Baja 1000 after rolling the truck and breaking a transmission, he took the overall SCORE World Desert Championship. Off Road Xtreme reported he called it his first SCORE season title since he began racing the series at 16. His Baja 500 win that year covered 485 miles in 9 hours, 49 minutes, with Johnny Nelson as co-driver, RACER reported.

Recent Changes: Stepping Back and Returning
In December 2022 McMillin announced he would stop racing full time and sold his Trophy Truck, saying the decision was the hardest of his life and was best for his family. He kept his pre-runner and chase trucks so he could still enter the longer races.
He returned in 2023. He drove Bryce Menzies' truck at the Baja 400, and SCORE says he finished third overall. At the 2023 Baja 1000, which ran 1,310.94 miles from La Paz north to Ensenada, he drove about 400 miles of the race in Menzies' truck between Menzies and Tavo Vildosola, and the team won by about two minutes, Autoweek reported. Second place went to his cousin Luke McMillin with Rob MacCachren.
Early Life and Family
McMillin grew up in one of desert racing's best-known families. His father Scott and uncle Mark are both multiple Baja winners, and his cousins Dan and Luke also race Trophy Trucks. His grandfather Corky McMillin, who died in 2005 after a heart attack suffered during his last race, was inducted into the Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame in 2006, according to SCORE International. McMillin was 18 when his grandfather died.
The old page included general descriptions of his childhood, school results and family trips that had no source. We have removed them.
Andy McMillin Wife
McMillin has spoken publicly about putting his family first, and when he stepped back from racing he mentioned looking forward to taking his own kids pre-running. He has not named his wife in the press sources we reviewed, so we do not name her here.
Age, Height, Weight
RACER described him as 32 years old in July 2019, and he was 19 at his first Baja 1000 win in November 2006. That places his birth year around 1987, making him about 39 in 2026. The old page said he was 36 and listed a height and weight; we could not find a source for those and have removed them.

Other off-road and motorsport figures on this site include Blake Wilkey and Chad Wienen. As with McMillin, most of their income comes from sponsors and team businesses whose numbers are private.
Why There Is No Reliable Figure
Desert racers are rarely covered by the outlets that estimate wealth. Sponsorship deals are private, prize money is modest, and running a Trophy Truck costs a great deal. A team owner can win often and still spend most of what comes in. Without a credible published estimate, the honest answer is that his net worth is not known.
