Chad Thornsberry Net Worth 2026: Clean Comedian From Missouri

Chad Thornsberry is a clean stand-up comedian from Missouri and a former public school teacher who now works the corporate, theater and cruise-ship circuit. No reputable outlet has published a net worth figure for him. He earns his living from live shows, private corporate bookings, cruise contracts and his Dry Bar Comedy specials, and none of those fees are public.

What is Chad Thornsberry's Net Worth?

There is no reliable published estimate. This page used to say $27 million, which had no source and is out of line with everything known about his career, so it has been removed.

Thornsberry is a working touring comic, not a celebrity with film or network deals. His calendar is full of theater dates, festivals, private company events and weeks-long cruise contracts, which is steady work, but no one has reported what he earns from it. The honest answer is that his net worth is unknown.

Chad Thornsberry Yearly Earning, Monthly Income, and Salary?

His income has not been disclosed, and the yearly, monthly and daily figures that used to appear here had no source, so they are gone. What his own tour page shows is where the money comes from:

• Cruise ship contracts. Multiple week-long runs on Holland America ships, including the Eurodam, Rotterdam, Nieuw Statendam and Westerdam, on Caribbean, Mexico and Canada routes.
• Corporate and private events. Examples include a customer appreciation event for Thrivent and private shows in Branson, Missouri. His website bills him as a corporate comedian.
• Theaters and festivals. Dates such as the Kentucky Comedy Festival in Paducah and a Sugar Plum Festival show in Leslie, Arkansas. A 2026 show at the Broadway Theatre of Pitman in New Jersey sold tickets at $30, according to New Jersey Stage.
• Marriage and church events. His calendar includes marriage conferences and "date night" comedy shows.
• Recorded comedy. Dry Bar Comedy specials and an album, "Smart Comedy from a Dumb Accent," promoted on his official site.

Early Life & Family

Thornsberry grew up in a trailer park, a background he uses throughout his act, according to his own bio and venue announcements such as Lake Expo's. He is married with children, and marriage and parenting are staples of his material. His Dry Bar special includes a bit about playing Pictionary with his wife.

The old page's paragraphs about his childhood sports, debate team and "supportive family" had no source and have been removed, as has a paragraph describing his marriage in generic terms. We do not name his wife or children, since reliable outlets have not.

Education

Before comedy he was a public school teacher, which both his website and venue announcements mention. Where he trained as a teacher has not been published by a reliable source. The earlier claims about university clubs and a debate team could not be verified and have been removed.

Professional Life

An earlier version of this page described Thornsberry as a musical artist with a music catalog. That was wrong. He is a stand-up comedian; his website and every venue listing we found describe him that way.

He is known for a slow, conversational style and clean material about rural life, small towns, marriage, kids and everyday frustrations. Promoters describe him as a monologist. His credits include appearances or writing for Travel Channel, BET, ESPN, NFL Network and Dry Bar Comedy, according to New Jersey Stage and Lake Expo.

Missourinet host Bill Pollock found him through his Dry Bar set on YouTube and invited him on air because so much of his act draws on growing up and living in Missouri. Dry Bar's free online clips are the main way most fans discover him, and his site says millions have watched them.

Age, Height, Weight

His age, height and weight have not been published by a reliable source. The figures on the old page (57 years old, 5 feet 8 inches, 85 kg) had no source and have been removed.

Net Worth Compared

Comedians with network sitcoms and Netflix deals sit in a different league; see Ray Romano and George Lopez for how that kind of career is valued. Touring clean comics like Thornsberry rarely get published estimates at all. Also see Chandler Bolt.

Why There Is No Reliable Figure

Corporate and cruise booking fees are negotiated privately, Dry Bar does not publish what it pays comics, and no outlet has reported on his finances. Any precise number online is a guess.
