We respect copyright. Photos on Celebclan come from sources that publish under licences allowing reuse, with the creator and licence shown in each caption, and our text is written by us. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act promptly.

Sending a notice

Email editor@celebclan.com with “DMCA notice” in the subject line and include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. The address of the page on Celebclan and a description of the material.
4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

These are the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We usually remove or replace the material within two business days of a complete notice.

Counter-notice

If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate US federal court.

If you are the creator of a photo we use and would like the credit changed rather than the photo removed, just ask.

Repeat infringement

We remove comments and contributions from users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
